Welcome to Fig & Fare. By accessing or using our website, submitting an inquiry, or booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Bookings & Inquiries

Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee availability or confirm a booking.
Bookings are secured only upon receipt of a signed agreement and required deposit.

2. Payments

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due no later than [7] days before the event.
If an event is booked [3] days or less from the event date, payment is required in full and in non-refundable.
Accepted payment methods include Credit, debit card, Zelle, ACH transfer.
Late payments will incur additional fees or risk cancellation.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event may receive a partial refund at our discretion.
Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event are non-refundable.
Date changes are subject to availability and must be requested in writing.

4. Dietary Requests & Allergies

We do our best to accommodate dietary preferences and restrictions; however, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
Clients are responsible for communicating all dietary concerns in writing prior to booking.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must ensure access to the event location at the agreed-upon setup time.
Any venue restrictions, permits, or logistical requirements must be disclosed in advance.

6. Liability

Fig & Fare is not responsible for any injuries, illnesses, or damages incurred during or after service.
Once food is delivered or service is completed, clients assume responsibility for proper storage and handling.

7. Photography & Marketing

We reserve the right to photograph our work for portfolio, marketing, and promotional use.
If you prefer your event not be photographed, please notify us in writing before the event date.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, and branding on this website are the property of Fig & Fare and may not be used without permission.

Return and Refund Policy

At Fig & Fare, every event is thoughtfully planned and crafted with care. Because our offerings involve perishable items, custom sourcing, and dedicated staffing, the following refund terms apply:

All deposits are non-refundable. This secures your event date and initiates preparation on our end.
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event may be eligible for a partial refund of the remaining balance (excluding the deposit), depending on the costs already incurred.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are fully non-refundable due to staffing commitments, vendor orders, and prep work already in motion. If you cancel 7 days or less from the event date, the remaining balance is required in full.
Events booked within 3 days of the event date require full payment upfront, which is non-refundable.

We understand that plans change and will always do our best to work with you. If you need to reschedule, please reach out as soon as possible—we’re happy to explore options based on availability.
